His skills advanced, as did his welding certifications, while working on Nuclear Power Plants. He has traveled throughout the United States working a variety of positions within the industry. He has expertise in welding, welding inspection, pipe fitting, and supervision. He has obtained certifications under many procedures for different companies, as well as setting up and qualifying procedures for his own company as well as for others.
Opening his first shop in 1985 he welded on items from simple repairs to redesigning an onion machine for a local farmer. Recommended for a job in California offered him the opportunity to become a licensed contractor there where he worked on shut downs at several refineries.
His unique talent, critical thinking and imagination have allowed him to produce a number of solutions for problems arising from wear and tear of production lines, design flaws found after placed into use, and improving production with changes needed.
In the past 23 years he has bid jobs for businesses such as Revlon, Amerigas, K-Mart, Wal-mart, Pro Petroleum and refineries as a welding contractor or welding inspector for IESCO including but not limited to Powerine Oil, SCE, Mobile Oil, Unical and Reynolds Metals.
He currently has a shop located at 9132 Cactus Rd Suite T&U in Peoria, Arizona.
